ก๋วยเตี๋ยวเนื้อสับ, or Beef Noodles is a pop-up book project featuring the recipe for my grandma’s classic beef noodles. I wanted to preserve memory and tradition in a honorable way. Within the book is a smaller book with the written recipe, as it was originally recorded.
